Two-point linkage analyses between adenomatous polyposis coli and D5S122 give a maximum LOD store of 18.66 at theta = 0. Subcloned from cosmid cCB83 isolated from a library generated from a reduced complexity radiation hybrid containing fragments of human chromosomes 4 and 5 in a Chinese hamster background. |
