Growth Conditions
Temperature: 37°C Recommendations for Infection: Centrifuge at 150 - 250 x g for 8 minutes at 4°C to remove DMSO. Calculate the amount of infected cells needed to achieve an optimal seeding density for culture vessel and then dilute cells in growth medium. Add infected cells to culture vessels. Observe daily for cell proliferation. Incubation: 10-21 days
