In ELISA testing, the antibody cross reacts with the homologous region of FES, v-mos, erb B, v-src, FGR, yes, mil, FMS, abl, ros, lck, and MET. Weak activity was detected for PKS and fps. Binding was not detected for c-mos, MOS, SRC, ros, rel, FMS, HIR, TRK, sea, and kit. |

Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells. In ELISA testing, the antibody cross reacts with the homologous region of FES, v-mos, erb B, v-src, FGR, yes, mil, FMS, abl, ros, lck, and MET. Weak activity was detected for PKS and fps. Binding was not detected for c-mos, MOS, SRC, ros, rel, FMS, HIR, TRK, sea, and kit. In immunoblot testing, a protein of approximately 40 kd is detected in fetal brain. The IgG1 reactivity of the antibody with the v-src peptide (494 to 509) was confirmed by ELISA. |
