Animals were immunized with bovine mesenteric lymph node cells. Spleen cells were fused with NS1 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with bovine B cells in peripheral blood and lymph nodes. It precipitates a 180000 dalton molecule from the surface of bovine B cells. This antibody was included in the panel of the International Workshop on Bovine, Sheep and Goat Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens in 1989 and 1992. |
