Animals were immunized with C3H/HeJ thymocytes. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody does not react with mature (medullary) thymocytes, pluripotential stem cells, platelets or cells of monocyte-macrophage lineage. IgG antibody producing cells are strongly positive for the J11d.2 antigen. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
