They are negative for Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen (EBNA). The cells have a rearrangement of the c-myc proto oncogene and express c-myc RNA. There is also an activated ras allele. |

| Subculturing | Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 4 X 105 viable cells/mL. Corning® T-75 flasks (catalog #431464) are recommended for subculturing this product.
Interval: Maintain cultures at cell concentrations between 5 X 105 and 1 X 106 viable cells/mL.
