Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--3.9; BglI--2.7, 1.2; HincII/HindIII--2.8, 1.0; PvuI--2.8, 1.0; PvuII--2.5, 1.3. The insert contains an XbaI site. Detects a genomic EcoRI fragment of approximately 20 kb in normal and transformed human cells. Does not detect the RNA detected by ovc2.2 and thus does not detect RNA from any transformed or normal human cells. Subcloned from ovc2.2. |
