Insert begins 643 bp upstream of ATG and includes exon 1, intron 1, exon 2, and 125 nucleotides of intron 2. The TaqI polymorphism maps about 1 kb from the 5' end of the CA2 gene. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: EcoRI, XbaI, PstI, BglI, BamHI, AluI, HaeIII, HinfI, MboI, MspI. |
