Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--8.7; EcoRI--6.0, 2.7; HindIII--6.3, 0.87, 0.7, 0.4; PstI--2.9, 2.9, 2.9; XbaI--8.7. The clone includes the 3' exon. This clone, and a subclone named G-2, detect a transcribed sequence of 3.7 kb in SV40-transformed human fibroblasts. |
